Associated with the Krakow Water since 2001. He started working as a clerk, and in the following years was gradually promoted to the positions of Head of the Management and PR Office (at the same time, spokesman for MPWiK S.A.), Director for Organization and Personnel Management, and Managing Director. In 2015, he became a Member of the Company's Management Board and then Vice-President. Since April 1, 2017, he has been the President of the Management Board. In the years 2013–2015, he was the Proxy and the Plenipotentiary for Organization and Social Communication at Krakowski Holding Komunalny S.A., as part of the implementation of the project to build an eco-incineration plant. In July 2017, he became Vice-Chairman of the Council of the Polish Waterworks Chamber of Commerce.

A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Krakow University of Economics and postgraduate studies in information security management, modern business management concepts, process management methods and techniques. He completed MBA in Public Management studies organized at the Krakow School of Business at the University of Economics in Krakow. He is authorized to sit on Supervisory Boards.

He systematically expanded his education, gaining knowledge of the functioning of commercial law companies and management, cooperation and coordination between the company and the market environment, and cooperation between statutory bodies. Over the years of working at the Krakow Water, he effectively built a positive image of the company, participated in the implementation of investment projects, and implemented new management systems and IT tools. He gained experience in leading human teams and managing an enterprise during emergency situations.

He has been cooperating with the world of science for years. He is the Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Małopolska Water Cluster, takes part in many conferences and scientific symposia in the country, is a member of the Convention of Representatives of the Socio-economic Environment of the University of Economics in Krakow, and actively participates in international industry benchmarking workshops organized by the European Benchmarking Co-operation. He was a representative of the Polish Waterworks Chamber of Commerce in EUREAU for sewage at the European Commission. On April 29, 2019, by resolution of the Senate of the Krakow University of Economics, he became the chairman of the 1st University Council.
